Sam and Henrietta Dellinger
            1888
 Today, people from around Ohio come to the Village to enjoy pastries and confections. Sam and Henrietta were pioneers in this area. Married in 1881, they first made and sold candy and later had an early bakery, They also had two, I am sure, happy children.
