Biographical Notes:
Fred Hess was born in 1859 in Ohio. Married to Pauline, they would have five children by 1910 and he went on to be a publisher.
George M. Ross was born in 1866 in Ohio. With wife Wilhelmine, had a son George Theo Ross. He died in 1935.
