Biographical Information:
Henry Lutz, according to the
1930 Census, was born in
1876 in Ohio. Married to
Nellie in 1898, they would go
on to have four children:
Alfred, Melvin, Caterina,
and Raymond.
William DeConick was born
in Germany in 1884, the
second oldest of four
children.
There have been reportedly
some sightings of the
spirits of Nellie and Henry
with their cookie trays. Note
the reflection in the door.
