Biographical Information:

According to the 1870
Census, William Rankin
was born in 1812 in Pennsylvania. He and
his wife Ellen would go
on to have eight children.

Ferdnand Bauman was
born in 1898 in Ohio, the
oldest of three children.

Charles Charington was
an attorney who was born
in 1854 in Ohio and died
in 1944. He was the
secretary to the Board
of Elections between
1891 and 1892.
