Julia Putnam was born in
Illonois in 1863. Her Aunt
Lydia, who she lived with,
was born in 1837 in Ohio.

According to the 1920 Census,
Peter Mehring was born in
1849 in Germany, immigrated
in 1873, and lived with his
wife Susan.
