Biographical Notes:
The 1898 City Directory had Carl F. Kunzi residing at this address. At the time he was working as a shoe maker, but would make his career as alternately a barber and cigar maker. He married Olga around 1923 and had a son Carl F. Kunzi Jr.
Prather Dickerson, according to the 1925 City Directory, was married to Sarah and at this time worked as a car builder.
