Biographical Notes:
Johanna Schatzman was the wife of George Schatzman. He was born in 1849 in Ohio of German parents and resided with his wife at this location into the 1920's. His occupation was described in the 1880' s as involving a "job wagon" and later on as being associated with "transfer." Moving freight is most likely what he did for a living.
The 1938 resident with the notible name of Thomas A. Edison was born in 1901 in Ohio. He worked as a clerk (1920), a grocer (1924), an assistant Department Store Manager, (1929), and a salesman (1933).
