Biographical Notes:
Phillip Whisker was born in 1834 in Ohio. At the time of the 1870 Census, he was married to Mary and they had a son Herman. His job listing in 1877, while living at this address, was patrolman, though he worked as a carpenter (1864), policeman (1872), and roundsman (1880). He died in 1883.
